Vendor verification
Every farmer, processor, or aggregator on LOKAX goes through a gated onboarding review — identity checks, sourcing documentation, and any existing food-safety or export certifications — before a single listing goes live.
Batch inspection
Before a listing goes live, we inspect and grade the batch ourselves — moisture content, visible pest or mould damage, and packaging integrity, at minimum. Quality inspection status is shown on every product page, not just claimed in marketing copy.
Packing, by us
We pack every order ourselves rather than passing that step to the vendor, so what you receive matches what was inspected.
One platform badge
“Verified by LOKAX” means the same thing on every product, regardless of which vendor supplied it. We don't show vendor identity or vendor-specific badges — the platform carries the trust, not the individual seller.
Certifications & documentation
Every export order carries its own NAFDAC and customs paperwork, prepared as part of the Export Documentation stage you can see move on your Order Tracking page once you've placed an order. We're working toward publishing platform-wide certificate numbers and named inspection-body credentials directly on this page — until then, an order's own paperwork is the fastest way to see it.
